Hat Not Hate Series

How could I not get involved.
Hat Not Hate is an anti-bullying campaign that involves knitters and crocheters to make blue hats that will eventually be donated to schools. The founder's story hits close to home and very similar to my story. Unfortunately I did not have to luxury of going to a new school. I try not to think about it too much about and try to leave it in the past. However, I feel I need to be a part of this campaign if it brings awareness to bullying and the pain it can cause.

Here are the hats I did and the related blog posts found on my other blog, Treasures Made From Yarn.
This is the first hat
This is the second hat. This blog post includes a pattern.

This is the Triangle Hat and the blog post about it to include a pattern for this hat can be found here.

This is is a child's size hat with a cute flower. I did not do a blog post on this hat...yet.
The remaining hats are found in this blog post.

  1. What a wonderful way to give back. Sorry that your school experience was not a good one. Mine was less than positive as well. It seems to be more than case than not. Your hats look fabulous.
