I told myself "I Will Conquer Today" because I thought it might not be a good day. I thought it might help in giving me a positive outlook for the day.
I think it worked, as I had a good day.
This leads to think that starting the day with some positive affirmation will help me deal with the day and potential anxiety.
So today, as it was a short work day for me, I got a mac and cheese post done.
Got a cat post done
Got a black and white post done.
Journaling has been off and on, but for the most part I feel it is still going well. For now I will plan on starting the day with some positive affirmation and I will keep you posted on how it goes.
