Now that we are nearly at the end of 2021, I would have to say that I have not done as much journaling as I thought I would do. Like most resolutions, I started out strong. However my journaling has been sparse.
So here I am now, trying to journal before going to bed. It is suppose to ease anxiety and help fall asleep.
Fortunately, I usually don't have issues falling asleep.
I also have nothing to say, I will leave you with that.
