Grown Up Grilled Cheese

This grilled cheese sandwich not only have cheese on the inside, but on the outside as well. It also has tomato and bacon on the inside.

I guess where my son had worked as a cook, they make these sandwich all the time.

I enjoyed the fried shredded cheese on the outside. I may have to make my grilled cheeses in the future this way.
